About UNINVITED

Raised in a world of martial arts, spiritual fusion, hiphop, jazz, rock-n-roll and poets such as Langston Hughes and Robert Frost. UNINVITED'S diverse background displays within his body of work. After almost a decade of performing UNINVITED made the world famous NUYORICAN POETS CAFE Team which placed 5th out of 75 teams in the 2007 national poetry competition. He has performed on the Al Sharpton radio show and won 1st place two times at the APOLLO. He continues to perform/conduct workshops at high schools, colleges, youth houses, homeless shelters, and radio stations throughout the country. Whether singing rock music, rapping hardcore or re-socializing the spoken word community, UNINVITED continues to be the voice for the voiceless and the choice for the choiceless.
